Monaco
According to Globalsecurity.org, "It is by the 1911 Constitution that Monegasques acquired the right to elect their representatives." Article 53 of the 1962 Constitution holds that the 24 members of The National Council are elected by direct universal suffrage. Electors are Monegasque citizens, of either gender, who have reached 18 years of age.
